Returns and Exchanges Policy

In the event of an exchange or return of products, the following terms apply:
Exchanges may be made within 14 calendar days from the date the products are received.

At the same time that you receive the new products from us, you hand over the products you wish to return directly to the Easy Mail courier in a hand-to-hand exchange. The products must not have been used, must be in their original packaging and, in general, must not show any damage or alteration that was not present when they were originally dispatched by us. No additional charge applies to this exchange procedure.

Exchange shipments are processed immediately by us, provided that the requested product is in stock.

If the product is out of stock, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Request a refund,
2. Choose another product.

3. Receive store credit equal to the value of the products you are returning and wait for the relevant period until the product is restocked, provided that the technical requirements for restocking are met, such as availability of raw materials, staff leave schedules, etc.

If you choose another product:

– If the new product has a higher value than the product you are returning, you must pay the difference either by cash on delivery (cash on delivery fee: €2) or by bank transfer.

– If the new product has a lower value, we will refund the remaining balance to you.

All exchanges are processed based on the current price of the products.

REFUNDS

ONLY if you wish to receive a refund, and where you are entitled to one, you must carefully read the WITHDRAWAL FORM, which you can find here, complete it, sign it and send it to us by post or email within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product. In the event of a refund, an amount of €6 will be deducted, corresponding to the cost of returning the product. Any product exchange or return procedure is carried out exclusively through Easy Mail or in person at our store.

In the event of a purchase made through our website using cash on delivery as the payment method, where the shipment is not accepted by the customer, we reserve our lawful right to claim compensation due to breach of the relevant distance sales contract.
In the event of a purchase made through our website using bank transfer as the payment method, any related charges shall be borne by the depositor/customer. If any transfer fees are charged to us, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement.
